RejuvChip (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), owner and operator of the website located at rejuvchip.com (the “Site”), is committed to ensuring that its digital content and services are accessible to all individuals, including persons with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

• DOJ ANPRM on Web Accessibility: We monitor federal rulemaking and intend to conform with any final DOJ rule on website accessibility.

Implemented Accessibility Features

The following accessibility features are currently implemented or actively being implemented on rejuvchip.com:

• Skip Navigation Link: A “Skip to main content” link is provided at the top of each page.
• Alternative Text: All non-decorative images include descriptive alt text.
• Color Contrast: Text meets or exceeds the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
• Scalable Text: Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
• ARIA Landmarks & Roles: Proper ARIA landmark roles are used to facilitate screen reader navigation.
• Form Accessibility: All form inputs have programmatically associated labels and descriptive error messages.
• No Seizure-Inducing Content: The Site contains no content that flashes more than three times per second.
• Video & Multimedia: Pre-recorded video content includes captions.
• Consistent Navigation: Menus and interface components appear consistently across all pages.
• Screen Reader Compatibility: Tested with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), and TalkBack (Android).
• Responsive Design: Content reflows at up to 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling (WCAG 1.4.10).
• Language Attribute: The primary language of each page is identified via the lang attribute.
• Timeout Warnings: Users are warned before session timeouts and given the ability to extend their session.

Conformance Status

Known areas of partial non-conformance include:

• Legacy PDF documents: Older PDFs may not be fully tagged or screen-reader accessible. These are being remediated on a rolling basis.
• Third-party embedded content: Certain third-party widgets or social media embeds may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Complex data visualizations: Some charts may not have full text equivalents. Alternative data formats are being developed.

Critical barriers to access are addressed within 30 days of identification.

Testing & Ongoing Audit Program

• Automated Scanning: We conduct automated accessibility scans using Axe, Lighthouse, and WAVE on a minimum quarterly basis.
• Manual Expert Review: We supplement automated testing with manual review of key user flows at least annually.
• Assistive Technology Testing: Core pages are tested with NVDA + Chrome, JAWS + Edge, and VoiceOver + Safari.
• Third-Party Audit: RejuvChip intends to commission a third-party audit and publish a VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) on this page.
• New Feature Review: All new features undergo accessibility review prior to deployment.

Alternative Access to Goods & Services

If you are unable to access any portion of rejuvchip.com due to a disability, RejuvChip will provide an equally effective alternative means of access at no additional charge.

• Telephone assistance with a staff member who can read content or complete transactions on your behalf.
• Information provided via email in plain-text or large-print format upon request.

Feedback, Grievance & Complaint Procedure

Step 1 – Submit a Complaint

Contact our Accessibility Coordinator (Section 12) by email, phone, or letter. Please include: your name and contact method, the specific URL where you experienced the barrier, a description of the barrier and its impact, and the assistive technology you were using.

Step 2 – Internal Review

Our Accessibility Coordinator will acknowledge receipt and conduct an internal review in coordination with our development team.

Step 3 – Resolution

We will communicate our findings and any remediation action planned or completed. Where a technical fix is not immediately feasible, we will offer an equally effective alternative in the interim.

rejuvchip.com may integrate content or functionality provided by third parties including payment processors, social media platforms, and analytics tools. RejuvChip does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their accessibility.

• We include accessibility requirements in our vendor selection criteria and, where contractually possible, require WCAG 2.1 AA conformance representations.
• Where a third-party component creates an accessibility barrier, we will seek to replace or supplement it with an accessible alternative.
• We encourage users to also contact third-party providers directly for their accessibility concerns.
