Website Accessibility
Statement

RejuvChip is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities and to continually improving the user experience for everyone.

§ 01Policy

Our Commitment to Accessibility

RejuvChip (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), owner and operator of the website located at rejuvchip.com (the “Site”), is committed to ensuring that its digital content and services are accessible to all individuals, including persons with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

We believe in the equal right of all people to access information and services online. Accordingly, we invest in ongoing efforts to identify, address, and prevent accessibility barriers in our digital products, consistent with applicable law and internationally recognized accessibility standards.

This is a living document. RejuvChip reviews and updates this Statement at least annually and whenever significant changes are made to the Site’s content, functionality, or design. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Statement.

§ 02Legal Basis

Applicable Legal Framework

This Statement is adopted in compliance with, and with reference to, the following legal authorities:

Why this matters: Serial ADA website litigants filed more than 4,000 federal lawsuits in 2023 alone. A published, substantive Accessibility Statement backed by actual remediation efforts is among the strongest good-faith defenses available under Title III.

§ 03Civil Rights

Non-Discrimination Statement

RejuvChip does not discriminate against any person on the basis of disability in the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations offered through rejuvchip.com.

We do not impose eligibility criteria that tend to screen out individuals with disabilities, and we do not require individuals with disabilities to use a separate or inferior alternative means of access unless such alternative provides equally effective access and no other reasonable modification is available.

Any employee, agent, or contractor of RejuvChip found to have engaged in conduct inconsistent with this policy is subject to appropriate disciplinary action.

§ 04Standards

Technical Standards & Target Conformance

RejuvChip targets conformance with the following technical standards for rejuvchip.com:

ARIA 1.2
Accessible Rich Internet Applications specification for dynamic content.
HTML5 Semantics
Structured, semantic markup for screen reader compatibility.
ATAG 2.0
Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines for user-generated content features.

The four core WCAG 2.1 principles — Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR) — guide all design, development, and content decisions on our Site.

Known areas of partial non-conformance include:

Critical barriers to access are addressed within 30 days of identification.

§ 07Audit Program
